Day 1
Day 1: Arrival in Cairo
Your journey begins as you arrive at Cairo International Airport. A friendly representative from Egypt Top Tours will be waiting to assist with all arrival procedures and escort you in a private, air-conditioned vehicle to your 5-star hotel. Check in, unwind, and enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure.

Day 2: The Pyramids & Grand Egyptian Museum
After breakfast at the hotel, set out with your private Egyptologist guide to discover the legendary Pyramids of Giza, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. Marvel at the size of Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinos, and get a close look at the Great Sphinx. You'll also enjoy a complimentary camel ride around the pyramids for a unique perspective.
Afterwards, head to The Grand Egyptian Museum, Egypt’s newest and most advanced cultural landmark. Here, you'll explore a remarkable collection of ancient artifacts from across Egypt’s vast history, displayed in a modern, immersive setting.

Day 3
Day 3: Fly to Aswan – Philae Temple – Embark on Your Nile Cruise
Enjoy breakfast, then transfer to the airport for your flight to Aswan. Upon arrival, your guide will take you to visit the Philae Temple, a beautiful island sanctuary dedicated to the goddess Isis.
After the tour, you'll be transferred to your Nile Cruise to begin your 3-night journey. Enjoy lunch onboard and take some time to relax on the sundeck as the ship settles in Aswan.

Day 4
Day 4: Kom Ombo & Edfu Temples
After breakfast, sail north along the Nile to Kom Ombo Temple, where you’ll explore the unusual dual temple dedicated to both Sobek (the crocodile god) and Horus the Elder.
Continue sailing to Edfu, home to the Temple of Horus, one of Egypt’s best-preserved temples. Ride a traditional horse-drawn carriage from the dock to the temple, where massive pylons and rich carvings await. Return to the ship for dinner and enjoy the peaceful night onboard as you cruise toward Luxor.

Day 5
Day 5: Explore Luxor’s West Bank
Today’s journey begins on Luxor’s West Bank, starting with The Valley of the Kings, the burial ground of Egypt’s most powerful rulers. Explore richly decorated tombs, including those of Ramses and possibly Tutankhamun (optional).
Next, visit the elegant Temple of Hatshepsut, a masterpiece of ancient architecture. End the morning at the Colossi of Memnon, two massive statues that once guarded the mortuary temple of Amenhotep III.
Return to the cruise for lunch and relaxation onboard.

Day 6: Karnak & Luxor Temples – Transfer to Hurghada

Continue to Luxor Temple, located in the heart of the modern city and connected to Karnak by the Avenue of Sphinxes. After the tour, you’ll be driven in a private vehicle to Hurghada on the Red Sea (approx. 4 hours). Check in at your beachfront resort.

Day 10: Egyptian Museum & Salah El-Din Citadel
Your final full day in Egypt begins with a guided visit to The Egyptian Museum in Tahrir Square, home to thousands of artifacts from pharaonic history. Afterwards, head to the Salah El Din Citadel, a medieval fortress offering panoramic views of Cairo.
Inside the citadel, explore the Mosque of Muhammad Ali, also known as The Alabaster Mosque. Enjoy your farewell lunch before returning to your hotel.

Our tour prices are quoted in US dollars per person per trip, but you can also choose to pay in Euro or GBP. Please be aware that prices may fluctuate during Christmas, New Year, seasonal events and Easter. We are committed to providing the lowest possible prices, and we keep our rates up-to-date. Once your Egypt Trip is confirmed, we guarantee that no changes will be made to your rate from our side.
Tips for Departure:
On the final day of your Egypt Trip, it is advisable to avoid booking any outgoing international flights before 3:00 pm. You may also consider extending your stay . Our Tour Leader is happy to assist you with arranging additional accommodation and transfers if required.
Children Policy:
- Infants (up to 2 years old): Free of charge when sharing with their parents.
- Children under 6 years old: Pay 25% of the adult rate when sharing a room with their parents and using an extra bed.
- Children under 12 years old: Pay 50% of the adult rate when sharing a room with their parents and using an extra bed.
- Children 12 years and older: Considered adults, paying full rates.
- This policy applies to one child sharing a room with their parents, with a maximum of one child allowed per room.
Egypt Trip Payment Policy:
To ensure you secure the Egypt Trip at the desired time, we recommend making a reservation early. To confirm your booking, a deposit of 25% is required. During peak seasons like Christmas and New Year, the deposit increases to 50%. This deposit will go toward your final payment, which is due one week before arrival or in cash upon arrival.
Installment Policy:
We offer a convenient installment payment option, allowing you to spread the cost of your Egypt Trip over 6, 9, or 12 months. You can pay the remaining balance upon arrival in Egypt using cash or a credit/debit card. Alternatively, you can choose to pay the full amount in monthly installments before your trip begins.
Tipping:
Tipping is a common way of showing appreciation for exceptional service, although it is not mandatory. It is often seen as a gesture to acknowledge the dedication and effort of service providers. However, it's important to note that tipping should not replace an employer's obligation to provide fair compensation.
Cancellation Policy:
In the event of canceling your Egypt Trip, the following charges apply:
- 61+ days before arrival: 10% of the total price.
- 31-60 days before arrival: 20% of the total price.
- 15-30 days before arrival: 50% of the total price.
- 1-14 days before arrival: 100% of the total price.
Please note that cancellation fees also apply to all domestic flights within Egypt.
