Terms and Conditions

To Secure Booking

To secure your booking, please contact Egypt Top Tours with your travel request. One of our representatives will reach out to finalize the arrangements and send you a detailed itinerary for confirmation. Once approved, you will be asked to pay a deposit as agreed, either via wire transfer or credit/debit card (Visa and MasterCard accepted).

 

Amendments by You

Any modifications to your confirmed booking are subject to availability. If full payment has already been made and travel vouchers issued, no administrative fees will apply, except for changes to airline tickets which are subject to airline regulations.

 

Payment / Booking Policy

We offer a low down payment of just 25–50% to secure your booking, covering hotel accommodations, cruise cabins, domestic flights, and other travel services. The remaining balance can be paid up to two days before your arrival or in cash upon arrival directly to your tour manager.

 

Payment by Credit Card

When paying by credit card, and in accordance with our bank’s regulations, the following documents are required to process your payment:

  • A signed authorization letter allowing Egypt Top Tours to charge the agreed amount to your credit card.

  • The signature must match the one on your credit card and passport.

These documents should be sent by email or presented to our representative upon arrival.

 

Visas and Passport Validity

Before booking, please check your visa requirements based on your nationality. Some travelers can obtain a visa on arrival at Egyptian airports, while others may need to apply in advance through the nearest Egyptian embassy or consulate.
Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from your planned return date.

 

Additional Entry Tickets

Our Egypt travel packages do not include entrance fees for the following optional sites:

  • Entering inside one of the Pyramids of Giza

  • Visiting the Mummies Room at the Grand Egyptian Museum

  • Entering the Tomb of Tutankhamun at the Valley of the Kings in Luxor

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be sent by email for written confirmation. The following charges apply:

  • From booking date to 121 days before arrival: 15% of total tour price

  • 120 to 91 days before arrival: 25% of total tour price

  • 90 to 60 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price

  • 59 to 15 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price

  • 14 to 1 day before arrival: 100% of total tour price

Airline tickets are subject to airline cancellation terms and conditions at the time of booking.

 

Emergency Cancellation Policy

At Egypt Top Tours, we offer a flexible policy in case of unforeseen global events such as wars, civil unrest, natural disasters, epidemics, or official travel bans.
In such cases, we will either:

  • Provide a full refund, or

  • Credit your payment towards future travel within 12 months.

Only flight-related cancellation fees and banking charges (if applicable) will be deducted.

 

Refunds

Refunds are processed using the same payment method and account used for the original transaction. Please note that no refunds are available in the case of a no-show.

 

Responsibility

Egypt Top Tours acts solely as a travel agent, assisting you with complete tour arrangements within Egypt.
We are not liable for any injuries, losses, or delays caused by external circumstances such as weather, governmental actions, strikes, natural disasters, or cancellations by hotels, airlines, or cruise operators.
However, we always strive to provide immediate support and alternative solutions to minimize any disruption to your trip.

 

Tipping

Tipping is a traditional way to show appreciation for excellent service. While not mandatory, it is greatly appreciated by our staff and local partners.

 

Complaints

If you have any concerns during your trip, please inform your tour guide or representative immediately, as most issues can be resolved on the spot.
If the matter persists, contact our Customer Care Manager during your stay.
For unresolved issues, you may contact us in writing after your return, and we will address your feedback promptly.

 

Acceptance of the Agreement

Your payment of a deposit or full balance confirms that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions. This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Egypt Top Tours.
