Welcome to Egypt. Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, your Egypt Top Tours representative will be waiting to assist you with all arrival procedures and luggage handling.
You’ll then be transferred comfortably to your hotel in Cairo, where you can settle in and relax after your journey.

Day 2 – Giza Pyramids & Grand Egyptian Museum
After breakfast, begin your first full day in Egypt with a visit to the legendary Giza Plateau.
Stand before the impressive Giza Pyramids, exploring the pyramids of Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure, along with the iconic Great Sphinx. Take your time walking through this ancient site, capturing photos and soaking in the atmosphere.
Following your visit, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before continuing to the Grand Egyptian Museum, where ancient treasures are displayed in a modern and immersive way.

Day 3
Day 3 – Flight to Aswan & Nile Cruise – Philae Temple
This morning, after breakfast, you’ll be transferred to Cairo Airport for your flight to Aswan.
Upon arrival, your guide will meet you and accompany you to begin your exploration with a visit to the beautiful Philae Temple, located on a peaceful island and reached by a short boat ride across the Nile.
After the visit, head to your Nile cruise where you’ll check in and settle into your cabin. Enjoy lunch onboard and spend the rest of the day relaxing as your journey along the Nile begins.

Day 4
Day 4 – Kom Ombo Temple
Enjoy a relaxed breakfast onboard as the cruise sails north along the Nile.

Day 5 – Edfu Temple & Luxor East Bank

Our tour prices are quoted in US dollars per person per trip, but you can also choose to pay in Euro or GBP. Please be aware that prices may fluctuate during Christmas, New Year, seasonal events and Easter. We are committed to providing the lowest possible prices, and we keep our rates up-to-date. Once your 9 Days Egypt Experience Tour is confirmed, we guarantee that no changes will be made to your rate from our side.
Tips for Departure:
On the final day of your 9 Days Egypt Experience Tour, it is advisable to avoid booking any outgoing international flights before 3:00 pm. You may also consider extending your stay . Our Tour Leader is happy to assist you with arranging additional accommodation and transfers if required.
Children Policy:
- Infants (up to 2 years old): Free of charge when sharing with their parents.
- Children under 6 years old: Pay 25% of the adult rate when sharing a room with their parents and using an extra bed.
- Children under 12 years old: Pay 50% of the adult rate when sharing a room with their parents and using an extra bed.
- Children 12 years and older: Considered adults, paying full rates.
- This policy applies to one child sharing a room with their parents, with a maximum of one child allowed per room.
9 Days Egypt Experience Tour Payment Policy:
To ensure you secure the 9 Days Egypt Experience Tour at the desired time, we recommend making a reservation early. To confirm your booking, a deposit of 25% is required. During peak seasons like Christmas and New Year, the deposit increases to 50%. This deposit will go toward your final payment, which is due one week before arrival or in cash upon arrival.
Installment Policy:
We offer a convenient installment payment option, allowing you to spread the cost of your 9 Days Egypt Experience Tour over 6, 9, or 12 months. You can pay the remaining balance upon arrival in Egypt using cash or a credit/debit card. Alternatively, you can choose to pay the full amount in monthly installments before your trip begins.
Tipping:
Tipping is a common way of showing appreciation for exceptional service, although it is not mandatory. It is often seen as a gesture to acknowledge the dedication and effort of service providers. However, it's important to note that tipping should not replace an employer's obligation to provide fair compensation.
Cancellation Policy:

- 61+ days before arrival: 10% of the total price.
- 31-60 days before arrival: 20% of the total price.
- 15-30 days before arrival: 50% of the total price.
- 1-14 days before arrival: 100% of the total price.
