5 Days - Luxor / Cairo Every Monday
Day 1: Embarkation in Luxor – East Bank Tour

Your Nile cruise adventure begins in Luxor. Egypt Top Tours will pick you up from Luxor Airport, Luxor Railway Station, or your hotel and transfer you comfortably to the cruise boat for embarkation.

After check-in and lunch on board, begin exploring Luxor's famous East Bank. Visit the magnificent Karnak Temple, one of the largest religious complexes ever built, with its massive pylons, impressive columns, sacred lake, and ancient sanctuaries. Continue to Luxor Temple, beautifully illuminated by its grand entrance and towering statues of Ramses II.

After the sightseeing tour, return to Jaz Nile Monarch and enjoy your evening on board. Dinner will be served while you relax and prepare for the journey ahead.

Day 2: Luxor West Bank – Sail to Edfu

Enjoy breakfast on board before heading to Luxor's West Bank, where some of Egypt's most famous ancient monuments await.

Visit the Valley of the Kings, the royal burial ground of the New Kingdom pharaohs, where beautifully decorated tombs were carved into the desert mountains. Continue to the magnificent Temple of Hatshepsut, built for one of Egypt's most powerful female rulers and dramatically set against the limestone cliffs.

Your final stop is the Colossi of Memnon, two enormous stone statues that once guarded the entrance to a vast mortuary temple.

Return to the cruise for lunch and begin sailing south toward Edfu. Enjoy the changing scenery of the Nile Valley from the sun deck as the ship continues its journey.

Day 3: Edfu Temple – Kom Ombo – Sailing to Aswan

After breakfast, leave the cruise to visit the remarkably preserved Temple of Edfu, dedicated to the falcon-headed god Horus. The temple is one of the best-preserved ancient Egyptian temples and provides an impressive insight into the religious architecture of the Ptolemaic period.

Return to Jaz Nile Monarch and continue sailing toward Kom Ombo. After lunch, visit Kom Ombo Temple, uniquely dedicated to two gods: Sobek, the crocodile god, and Horus the Elder. Its symmetrical design, riverside location, and detailed reliefs make it one of the most distinctive temples along the Nile.

After the visit, return to the cruise and continue sailing toward Aswan. Spend the evening relaxing on board while enjoying dinner and the peaceful atmosphere of the Nile.

Day 4: Philae Temple – High Dam – Relaxing Evening in Aswan

After breakfast, begin your final sightseeing day in Aswan with a visit to the High Dam, one of Egypt’s most important modern engineering projects. Learn about its role in controlling the Nile’s annual flooding and generating electricity while enjoying views over Lake Nasser.

Continue by motorboat to Agilkia Island, home to the magnificent Temple of Philae. Dedicated primarily to the goddess Isis, this beautiful temple complex was carefully relocated to higher ground as part of the international effort to save the Nubian monuments from the rising waters created by the High Dam.

Explore the temple’s impressive gateways, courtyards, columns, and reliefs before returning by boat to the cruise.

Jaz Nile Monarch Cruise Payment Policy

To secure your desired program and ensure availability, we recommend making reservations as early as possible. A deposit of 25% of the total amount is required to secure your booking, except during the Christmas and New Year holidays when a deposit of 50% is necessary. This deposit will be deducted from your final payment. The remaining balance can be settled up to one week before your arrival date or in cash upon your arrival.

Additional Entry Tickets For Jaz Nile Monarch Nile Cruise

Please note that the Jaz Nile Monarch doesn't include entrance fees to the special archaeological sites, such as entering the interior of the Tomb of Tutankhamun at the Valley of the Kings in Luxor. Separate fees apply for these attractions.

Cancellation Policy For Jaz Nile Monarch

• Cancellations made from the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date will incur a 10% cancellation fee of the entire tour price.
• Cancellations made between 60 and 31 days before your arrival date will incur a 20% cancellation fee of the entire tour price.
• Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the entire tour price.
• Cancellations made between 14 and 1 day before your arrival date will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the entire tour price.

Furthermore, please note that cancellation fees may also apply to domestic flights within Egypt according to the airline's specific cancellation policy.
