Day 1
Day 1: Arrival in Cairo
Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, a representative from Egypt Top Tours will be waiting to greet you and assist with all formalities. You'll then be transferred in a private, air-conditioned vehicle to your hotel in Cairo. After check-in, take the rest of the day to unwind and rest before beginning your all inclusive Egypt trip.

Day 2: The Great Pyramids & Egyptian Museum Tour
Start your day with breakfast at the hotel before heading out on a guided tour of The Great Pyramids of Giza—Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinos. Marvel at the Great Sphinx and explore The Valley Temple. Afterward, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, continue to The Egyptian Museum of Cairo, home to treasures of Tutankhamun and countless other antiquities. Return to your hotel for the night.

Day 3
Day 3: Fly to Aswan & Begin Nile Cruise
After breakfast and hotel checkout, transfer to Cairo Airport for your flight to Aswan. Upon arrival, visit the Philae Temple, dedicated to the goddess Isis, and the Aswan High Dam, a modern engineering marvel. Later, board your Nile cruise. Enjoy lunch onboard and spend the afternoon relaxing as the cruise begins its journey.

Day 4
Day 4: Abu Simbel, Kom Ombo, and Edfu Temples
Begin with an early morning excursion to the Abu Simbel Temples, an awe-inspiring monument built by Ramses II. After returning to the cruise, enjoy lunch as you sail toward Kom Ombo. Explore the unique twin temple dedicated to Sobek and Horus. Continue sailing to Edfu, where a horse-drawn carriage will take you to the Temple of Horus, one of the best-preserved temples in Egypt. Return to the cruise for dinner and overnight.

Our tour prices are quoted in US dollars per person per trip, but you can also choose to pay in Euro or GBP. Please be aware that prices may fluctuate during Christmas, New Year, seasonal events and Easter. We are committed to providing the lowest possible prices, and we keep our rates up-to-date. Once your Egypt All Inclusive Holiday is confirmed, we guarantee that no changes will be made to your rate from our side.
Tips for Departure:
On the final day of your Egypt All Inclusive Holiday, it is advisable to avoid booking any outgoing international flights before 3:00 pm. You may also consider extending your stay . Our Tour Leader is happy to assist you with arranging additional accommodation and transfers if required.
Children Policy:
- Infants (up to 2 years old): Free of charge when sharing with their parents.
- Children under 6 years old: Pay 25% of the adult rate when sharing a room with their parents and using an extra bed.
- Children under 12 years old: Pay 50% of the adult rate when sharing a room with their parents and using an extra bed.
- Children 12 years and older: Considered adults, paying full rates.
- This policy applies to one child sharing a room with their parents, with a maximum of one child allowed per room.
Egypt All Inclusive Holiday Payment Policy:
To ensure you secure the Egypt All Inclusive Holiday at the desired time, we recommend making a reservation early. To confirm your booking, a deposit of 25% is required. During peak seasons like Christmas and New Year, the deposit increases to 50%. This deposit will go toward your final payment, which is due one week before arrival or in cash upon arrival.
Installment Policy:
We offer a convenient installment payment option, allowing you to spread the cost of your Egypt All Inclusive Holiday over 6, 9, or 12 months. You can pay the remaining balance upon arrival in Egypt using cash or a credit/debit card. Alternatively, you can choose to pay the full amount in monthly installments before your trip begins.
Tipping:
Tipping is a common way of showing appreciation for exceptional service, although it is not mandatory. It is often seen as a gesture to acknowledge the dedication and effort of service providers. However, it's important to note that tipping should not replace an employer's obligation to provide fair compensation.
Cancellation Policy:
In the event of canceling your Egypt All Inclusive Holiday, the following charges apply:
- 61+ days before arrival: 10% of the total price.
- 31-60 days before arrival: 20% of the total price.
- 15-30 days before arrival: 50% of the total price.
- 1-14 days before arrival: 100% of the total price.
Please note that cancellation fees also apply to all domestic flights within Egypt.
